It is completely mobile (without any disassembly) and can be transported easily with utility trailers between stations. It uses real “K” and “R” tools with our patent-pending simulators that can be reused approximately 25-35 times before replacement, and features a real through-the-lock simulator.Here is a complete list of features:K-12 rebar cutting, up to 3/4″ @ 3 different heights and angles. K-12 plunge cut window to hook and activate real commercial panic bar (24 cuts before plate replacement is necessary). K-12 cutting of any size hinge or flat plate up to 5″ x 3/8″. Real “K” and “R” tool use. Spring loaded latch bolt assembly for realistic inward and outward forcing. Padlock cutting (use any method to cut or break different size and type locks). Use of many hydraulic rabbit tools to realistically force the door. 3rd wheel for safe and easy movement. 10″ solid rubber tires “No Flat.” The door uses minimal and inexpensive consumables, many of which can be obtained locally.

About Us: With over 30 years of welding/ fabrication experience and 25 years of fire service, I started making mobile training props years ago by request for along time  friend and fellow Assistant Chief that has been a Virginia State Adjunct instructor for the Virginia Department of Fire Programs. His request were due to the simple fact that there were just very little or no forcible entry training props available for the fire service. After awhile teaching around the state, he started getting many request by departments wanting to know if I could make them certain training props. Eventually this snowballed into what is now PEB Enterprises, LLC.PEB Enterprises, LLC is owned and operated by career  firefighters with over 50 years of combined dedicated service  and counting. Our goal here is to strive for the most realistic, practical and highest quality hands-on mobile training props that are available on the market today.To keep up with current demands our products are now being quality engineered and manufactured with the latest state of the art equipment by Ryerson Manufacturing Inc. and Atlantic Metal Products of VA Inc. of Topping, VA. All powder coating is done by Dishman Fabrication & Powder Coatings of Yorktown VA. All assembly, inspections and freight preparations are all done in house here at PEB Enterprises of Gloucester, VA.
